Ștefan Hadăr started working in the music industry at age 19 with some of Romania’s biggest artists (Tudor Chirilă/VAMA, VUNK, Zoli Toth) as a jr. project manager (a fancy word for someone who does all sorts of things: from social media marketing to junior PR & booking).

Now, he helps artists & events reach their audience through digital tools. He is part of Overground Music’s team, Romania’s biggest alternative music management agency, and is also involved in the organization of Mastering the Music Business, Romania’s most important music business conference.
